  Tour highlights:

• At 9am, breakfast meeting at ‘Chez Jean’-Lafayette- (2010 concept of the year), a joint venture Casino/Relay. The Parisian Foodservice scene by Daniel MAJONCHI, President of Leaders Club International.


• Then we leave for a ‘walking restaurants safari’:
  - Cojean: the #1 ‘Fresh Casual Concept’ in Paris. Meeting with Alain COJEAN, founder
  -  Exki: from Belgium … the most advanced European concept in sustainability. Meeting with the manager
  - We’ll have a look at noticeable competitors: Oh, Jour, Daily Monop’, Paradis du Fruit, designed by Philippe Stark: since 30 years, the fruit concept restaurant.
  - La Ferme: pioneer of this movement since 2000
  - A Toutes Vapeurs: a real revolution ! (Meeting with the founder)
  - Café Rouge SFR: concept store with cutting edge foodservice
  
  
• 13h30 : Lunch 
• Then, in the afternoon: Wine Tour: Lavinia, Nicolas Madeleine & CHAI 33 at Bercy Village with a ‘Cheese & Wine testing’
• End of this ‘restaurant Safari’ around 5pm

Note: we could arrange advanced reservation at Il Vino, 1 star Michelin & ‘Leaders Concept’: no dishes on the menu, only glass of wines … The Chef decides for you in harmony with your wine order!
