SIAL Conciergerie

Situated in the main reception area,  La conciergerie du SIAL provides all sorts of services to make your stay in Paris comfortable and enjoyable.
Services offered by the Conciergerie include:
- Special evening events in Paris
- Transfers between Paris and Villepinte or elsewhere
- Availability of interpreters
- Booking, changing, confirmation or cancellation of air, rail or bus tickets
- Restaurant or hotel advice and bookings
- Show, cabaret, concert, and sporting event advice and bookings
- Cultural or other useful information on Paris and surrounding area
- Itineraries for customized visits to Paris and around France
- Dry cleaning
- Orders and deliveries to the exhibition (bouquets of flowers, baskets of fruit, etc.)

On arriving at the exhibition, you will find a wide variety of resources to guide you around. The Visitor's Guide and Theme Trails are available at the entrance to each hall, at information desks, in VIP areas and the exhibitors' meeting point.  The Catalogue and Book can be purchased or collected at certain information desks.

Catalogue

The SIAL 2010 Catalogue provides key information on all exhibitors to provide a comprehensive database. Exhibitors are listed by brand, product category, country and in alphabetical order to make your search easier. The Catalogue is on sale when pre-booking, as early as March.

The Trends & Innovations Book provides special information on vanguard products and currents, which change rapidly from one exhibition to the next. The Book provides a cutting-edge analysis of consumer trends in your market and geographical area. The Trends & Innovations Book is on sale when pre-booking, as early as March.

The Visitor's Guide

The Visitor's Guide is distributed free of charge at the exhibition entrance points. It provides the list of exhibitors, exhibition map, conference programme, schedule of events and lots of useful information for your visit to the exhibition and your stay in Paris.

Theme Trail guides are also available (catering & food service, generic/store brands, nutrition).

Theme Trails

Itineraries across the exhibition include exhibitor references and stand numbers: Kosher, Halal, Take-away, Fair trade, Sustainability, etc.

TNT suitcase

This service delivers everything you have collected at the exhibition straight to your door.  Use the TNT suitcase-on-wheels provided, fill it up then hand it over to the TNT counter, which will send it rapidly to any address you choose.

Services for the disabled

• The Parc des Expositions has lifts and access ramps at each hall entrance so that the disabled can move around the exhibition easily.
• A special taxi point for disabled people has been provided.
• A special shuttle service is available to and from the visitors' car park and hall entrances.
• Toilets for the disabled are available at the main entrance and close to all bathroom facilities in the exhibition halls.

Cloakrooms

Cloakrooms are situated at each entrance, where you can leave coats and bags.  

WiFi connection

Free WiFi connection is available in the main reception areas in Halls 1 to 5A and in all the busy outside areas where hot spots have been installed.
