Lors du SIAL 2008, provided various solutions for visitors lunch breaks:
Paul (sandwiches), Mini-Market (self-service meals), a Bistrot, Petit Marché (self-service meals in the Food area), Club V restaurant with a special card signed by Sébastien Richard (elected Grand Chef de Demain by the GaultMillau guidebook and Espoir 1 star by the Michelin guide).

Quality is the name of the day:
- Sandwich bread is now baked on the spot
- Baguette sandwiches are freshly prepared in situ
- Vegetarian meals are available, including salads and sandwiches in all the cafés.
