New restaurants at SIAL 2010
- Taste the Best Buys: the Club V restaurant, located in Hall 5A, is dedicated to tasting Best Buy
award-winning wines. For the very first time at SIAL, come and taste some thirty worldwide wines together with a mouth-watering lunch.
- Fauchon, in the main entrance hall (between Halls 3 and 4), is the pinnacle of excellence for French gourmet products and luxury foodstuffs. Fauchon offers an array of delicious products to eat on the spot. Its chic and trendy fast-food selection includes drinks, sandwiches, salads, chocolates, macaroons and éclairs from the prestigious Parisian brand.
- Hippopotamus, the reference in steak houses in France, welcomes you in Hall 6. On the strength of its star product – beef – Hippopotamus has different breeds to offer on its varied menu, served in friendly contemporary surroundings.
- Oliviers & Co, the internationally known brand specialising in the sale of the best olive oil vintages and other specialties, offers sandwiches, salads, and desserts created from products of the same brand at the entrance to Hall 6. To take away or eat on the pleasant terrace overlooking Hall 6.
- The patio in the centre of Hall 5 has been especially designed as a resting place and a smoking area, and has a good quality fast food outlet.
- The restaurant La Tonnelle, located in Hall 4, offers Japanese food in partnership with the Matsuri Sushi brand, for tasting a wide range of fresh and tasty sushi dishes.
- New in 2010! Come and see the halal and vegetarian offering in the Hall 4 bar, the kosher offering in Hall 5A, and Frozen Yogurts in the passageway between Halls 5A and 5B.
