La Librairie Gourmande, the oldest Parisian bookshop to specialise in gastronomy and oenology, sells books and organises meetings and signing sessions with the chef-authors. Here, SIAL visitors can find the publications tying into La Cuisine du SIAL. La Librairie Gourmande will stock a wide range of books in English, French and Spanish to respond to the demands of international customers from all walks of the food industry.

The new SIAL 2010 VIP Club will welcome chefs and top foodservice buyers.
