Trends & Innovations event
The Trends & Innovations Observatory provides innovative food manufacturers with a communication springboard via its comprehensive Trends & Innovations event.
Exhibitors are invited to declare (free of charge) their new mass consumption, food service and semi-processed food products, ingredients and other products prior to the exhibition, at the Trends & Innovations event. The products are then reviewed and some are selected by a jury of independent professionals (innovation and food experts) for their innovative qualities, namely for their new benefits to consumers. Three separate juries assemble to examine these products, classified under three main product categories: mass consumption, foodservice, semi-processed food products and ingredients. The innovative food products selected then acquire the label “Selected for Trends & Innovations”. The best innovations from the selection are given a Trends & Innovations award. Award-winning exhibitors then receive a Trophy at the Trends & Innovations award-giving ceremony. Lastly, the Trends & Innovations event also means exclusive partnerships:
