A conference area

This conference area assembling some 1,500 delegates and presenting a comprehensive programme of some 30 talks and discussion groups on current  topics:

• Strategies to improve well-being and remain healthy: organic and concentrated products, micronutrients, intolerance, special target populations, etc.
• Preservation of cultural diversity: take-away, culinary traditions, French food model, Chinese cuisine, identifying quality, etc.
• Durability and fairness in the food industry overall: social commitment, consumer demands, sustainability, etc.
• Availability of information: nutrition training, children, resources, new technologies, etc.

SIAL–Disney Kids Innovation Awards

Every year, Disney and SIAL award a prize to new products for children (aged 3 to 12). These products combine taste and fun with the nutritional value required for a balanced diet. Discover the winners of the SIAL
