The FEEF Grés d’Or reward exemplary partnerships between SMEs and leading mass retail brands. These awards help to generate awareness of customer–supplier collaboration, which is built up on a daily basis.

   SIAL, Trophélia partner

Trophélia is a food innovation competition, created in 2000 by the Vaucluse Chamber of Commerce, ACTIA and AGROPARC. Trophélia aims to create, implement and develop new food products with teams of business and science students. The competition has extended its reach since 2008 by launching Trophélia Europe.

It therefore became clear that SIAL should partner with Trophélia to support the creative talents of international students who dream up the products of the future, and to put them in the limelight.

The Trophélia 2010 award ceremony will take place at SIAL 2010.

   SIAL partners the Concours National de la Création d'Entreprises Agroalimentaires d'Agropole

Since 1994, AGROPOLE has organized the Concours National, a French competition for the creation of food businesses, in partnership with OSEO, APCE, ANIA, SIAL, IPA, le Salon de l'Emballage, and the magazine RIA. This national competition is open to anyone with a relevant project and to newly formed manufacturing, process or food service companies.

2009 winners: the jury allocated the award for “Creation” to Banakitt and for “Development” to La Panacée des Plantes.

   Tecomah – Company Resources and Strategy Manager course

 

For the very first time in 2009, SIAL was a member of the MSRE (Manager de la Stratégie et des Ressources de l'Entreprise) Jury, conducting viva voce examinations. This training course enables a student to master the basics in environmental performance and productivity, energy consumption, life cycle analysis, and for appropriate investment decisions in the food, agricultural resource and environmental industries.

    SIAL, founder-partner of the Trophées de l'Esprit Alimentaire

The Trophées de l'Esprit Alimentaire (French Food Spirit awards) honour participants, from around the world, who demonstrate the characteristics of French food culture. This may take the form of artistic creation, scientific activity, academic research and techniques, or entrepreneurial action.

The association Les Amis de l’Esprit Alimentaire was founded by ANIA, SIAL and the sugar organization La Collective du Sucre to undertake action to foster “the Food Spirit”.
